RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 290 dated 12.04.2018, registered under Sections 186, 323, 332, 353 and 506 IPC at Police Station Sonipat City, District Sonipat. Heard.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Satish Kumar, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated 25.04.2018, is made absolute. The petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
