*** H.S. Grewal, J. (Oral) This is a petition for anticipatory bail filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., 1973 in case bearing FIR No.203 dated 11.10.2022 under Sections 406, 420 IPC and Section 24 of Immigration Act registered at Police Station City Jagraon, Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has not been named in the FIR and the main accused is husband of the petitioner, who has already been granted the concession of anticipatory bail by this Court. 3.
This Court, vide order dated 21.02.2025, had directed the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer and join the investigation and in the event of her arrest, she was ordered to be released on ad-interim bail to the satisfaction of the Investigating/Arresting Officer, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Learned State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for custodial interrogation. 5.

CRM-M-10189-2025 -2especially when the petitioner having joined investigation, the order dated 21.02.2025 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute. 6.
However, the petitioner shall abide by the conditions stipulated under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. She shall also join investigation as and when called upon to do so.

The petition stands allowed.
