**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.17 dated 17.07.2015, registered at Police Station NRI, District Ludhiana, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC.

With the assistance of Ms. Savita Saxena, Mediator, the matter has been compromised between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the copy of settlement agreement effected between the parties on 09.03.2017, Naresh Kumar 2017.05.01 10:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh which has been duly signed by both the parties.

CRM-M-16988-2016 -2In view of the above-said fact, order dated 17.05.2016, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
