(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners-Amandeep Singh and Jagtar Singh, in case FIR No. 124 dated 29..12.2018 registered under Sections 307, 323, 148 and 149 IPC; Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 at Police Station Mehta, District Amritsar (Rural).

On instructions from, ASI Ajaypal Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 05.03.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
