LISA GILL, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks the concession of bail pending trial in FIR No. 314 dated 31.07.2016 under Sections 304-B, 498-A, 34 IPC, Section 302 IPC added later, registered at Police Station Sadar Hansi, District Hisar. The victim in this case died in the matrimonial home due to burn injuries. She had returned to the matrimonial home about one and a half/two months prior to the incident, after the matrimonial dispute which had arisen earlier was allegedly resolved.
Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Surjeet Singh, Police Station Sadar Hansi, submits that prosecution evidence in this case was concluded. Thereafter, an application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. was moved by the accused. The same has been allowed. Presently, the trial is at its fag end.
