The petitioner incarcerated in the FIR captioned above, has come up before this Court under Section 439 CrPC seeking bail.

After arguing for some time, petitioner's counsel seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh by mentioning all criminal cases pending anywhere in India or abroad, including current status.

Given above, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of. It is clarified that power of attorney filed in the present case shall suffice and there shall be no need to file fresh power of attorney in the fresh petition, if filed and Registry shall not raise any objection.
