The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

This petition was filed seeking direction to the respondents to conduct fair and unbiased investigation in FIR No. 47 dated 12.12.2019, under Section 302 read with Section 34 IPC, registered at Police Station City Tauru, District Nuh.

The State has filed status report. As per the status report, the matter is under investigation but at this stage no evidence was found against accused-Jagdish and Bijender.

In view of the status report filed, no further directions are called for at this stage.

The petition is disposed of.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law for redressal of the grievances. 2.-
