RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 54 dated 25.05.2002 registered under Section 324 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Goraya, District Jalandhar.

According to learned State counsel the petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender in the year 2005 i.e. about 13 years ago, as he had gone abroad. Now, he has entered into a compromise with the complainant party vide compromise dated 07.03.2018 (Annexure P-1) . In view of the above, no ground is made out to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He is directed to surrender before the trial Court within one week from today and on doing so, his application for grant of regular bail, if any, shall be decided by the trial Court with its own wisdom, but within two days, thereafter.
