(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular of bail to the petitioner in FIR No.85 dated 07.07.2015 under Sections 376(D), 506, Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 3(1) of Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, registered at Police Station Jagadhri Sadar, District Yamuna Nagar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case, therefore, he is entitled to the concession of regular bail.

Keeping in view the seriousness of the allegations and taking into consideration the involvement of the petitioner, he is not entitled to the concession of regular bail and accordingly the present petition for regular bail filed by the petitioner is hereby dismissed. Needless to mention that nothing observed, here-in-above, would reflect, in any manner, on merits of the main case, as the same has been so recorded for a limited purpose of deciding the present petition for regular bail.
