After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellant requests that he be permitted to withdraw the present Regular Second Appeal with liberty to approach the appropriate Forum to seek possession as he has been declared the owner of suit property by both the Courts below. 2.

In view of the above, the present Regular Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to seek his remedy available to him in accordance with law.
