(ORAL) Prayer in this petition is also for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.287 dated 03.06.2022 registered under Sections 343, 363, 366A, 376 (2)(a), 506 IPC & Section 6 of POCSO Act at Police Station, Jind Sadar, District Jind. Learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate dated 04.03.2024. The same is taken on record. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Mahender Singh, informs this Court that vide judgment dated 07.02.2024 passed by the learned Court below, the petitioner has been acquitted in the above said FIR.

Perusal of the custody certificate also shows that the petitioner was in custody from 22.09.2022 uptill 07.02.2024. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
