  In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, the fact that offences for which the accused has been hauled up are not of heinous nature, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences for betterment of future life of the parties and in view of the law laid down in '()*%(*+,-%.)./  0*1)2 )*3 )*.,/4#  5!   4(6(*)7! 5 and '8079(*3/4 %(*+, )*3 .,/4: - %.)./   0*1)2 )*3 )*.,/4#  !   4(6(*)7! 

& the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.263 dated 06.12.2013 registered at Police Station Division No.8, Jalandhar under Sections 406/420 IPC and Section 24 of the Immigration Act along with all consequences arising out of the said FIR against the present petitioner Tarun Kumar are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
