(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition while submitting that the petitioner would move a fresh application to respondent No.4-Superintendent of jail, District Gurugram for seeking the relief of parole on the grounds, as may be permissible to him under law and he further prays that the said respondent and other competent authorities be directed to decide his fresh application within some specific time frame.
Learned State counsel has no objection to the above-discussed submission as well as the prayer as made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn with a direction to respondents No.3 to 7 that in case the petitioner moves any such fresh application, they will consider and decide NEETU RANI 2022.07.29 14:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment PHHC
