As per the said reply, it was found during the inquiry that Khushwant Kaur wife of Balwant Singh r/o Krishna Gali, Dhariwal Tehsil and District Gurdaspur is sister-in-law of respondent No.5 and there is civil litigation going on between the petitioners and respondent No.5.
