This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking issuance of directions for expeditious disposal of proceedings in Revision Petition No.42/13 dated September 20, 2013 (Annexure P-4), captioned as "Nishchae Suri Vs. State & another", pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Gurgaon.
