(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 280 dated 15.11.2015 (Annexure P-1) registered under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, Police Station Rama Mandi, District Jalandhar. Heard.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Ravinder Singh, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the orders dated 02.05.2018 and 17.07.2018, passed by this Court are made absolute.
