H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) This is second application for grant of anticipatory bail. The first application had been filed, where the petitioner had though joined the investigation but had left the country without seeking the permission of the Court. Though it is stated that there was an emergent situation on account of delivery of daughter-in-law of the petitioner, but then he should have informed the Court and sought permission before going abroad. Learned counsel for the petitioner himself had withdrawn the petition at that time stating this very reason. This second bail application is not maintainable. The petition stands dismissed accordingly.
