**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioner before this Court that she has worked as an Extension Lecturer in the subject of Zoology during the academic session 2015-16 and 2016-17, as per experience certificate (P-2). Subsequently, she has been relieved. Since there was workload available as per Annexure P-5, the petitioner submitted applications (P-3 and P-4) Petitioner is now seeking direction to the respondents to allow her to continue as Extension Lecturers and not to replace her against transfer or deputation of regular employees, temporary, contractual joining, as the workload is available as per Annexure P-5 .

Petitioner is relying upon judgment of this Court in a case of Mamta Rani and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 09.10.2018, passed in CWPNo. 26077-2018 (P-4) Notice of motion On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of the petition to the learned State counsel by today itself. CWP No. 5740-2019 Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for adjustment, keeping in view the workload is available as per Annexure P-5 in the subject of Zoology. The petitioner if adjusted shall continue to work, subject to the condition that her work and conduct is satisfactory. However, it is further made clear that if some new regular candidate joins, the petitioner can be relieved on the basis of last come first go, in view of Mrs. Rita Tondon vs. State of Haryana and others, passed in CWP No. 16975-2014, decided on 29.07.2016.
