IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA

AT CHANDIGARH CWP-2560-2001 (O&M) Date of Decision : September 23, 2025 OMWATI -PETITIONER V/S ESCORTS MEDICAL CENTRE & ANOTHER -RESPONDENTS

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE KULDEEP TIWARI

Present:

None for the petitioner.

Dr. Anand Kumar Bishnoi, Advocate for the respondent No.1.

Mr. Naveen S. Panwar, D.A.G., Haryana for the respondent No.2.

*** KULDEEP TIWARI, J. (ORAL) 1.

At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent No.1, on instructions from the respondent No.1, submits that the award in question has already been implemented in totality, inasmuch as not only the petitioner became reinstated, all the back wages also became paid to her. Therefore, the prayer made in the instant writ petition has become infructuous. 2.

Although there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, in view of the specific statement made by learned counsel for the respondent No.1, the instant writ petition is disposed of as becoming rendered infructuous. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file an apt application for revival of the instant writ petition, in case the cause of action still survives.

3.

Pending application(s) also stand disposed of accordingly. (KULDEEP TIWARI) September 23, 2025 JUDGE devinder Whether speaking/reasoned :
