Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has no instructions in the matter. Vide order dated 14.03.2024 notice was issued to the appellant. As per office report, the appellant remains unserved with the report that there is no such village in District Kurukshetra. This is the only address of the appellant available in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of both the Courts.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
