*** RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 19.12.2019 (Annexure P-5) whereby the respondent cancellation of lease of Pond granted in favour of petitioner illegally and against the statutory provision of law, without adopting the fair procedure and in contravention of provision of Panchayati Raj Act. Further prayer has been made for directing the official respondent to permit the petitioner to carry out the leased work of fish farming as per the terms and conditions of the resolution passed by the village Panchayat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present petition has rendered infructuous and the same may be dismissed as such. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
