NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 69 dated 06.10.2022 (Annexure P-2) registered under Sections 363, 366, 376(2)(n), 417 and 471 IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 registered at Police Station IT Park, Chandigarh and consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on merits.

Vakalatnama filed on behalf of respondent No. 2 to 4 is taken on record.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled between the parties vide compromise dated RISHU KATARIA 2024.08.06 20:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CRM-M-11561-2024 -209.01.2024 and the petition seeking quashing of impugned FIR on the basis of said compromise is likely to be filed very soon. Thus, it is prayed that he may be permitted to with the instant petition. Learned Addl. P.P. for respondent No. 1-U.T. Chandigarh, as well as learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 2 to 4 have not disputed the factum of compromise arrived at between the parties. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
