(Oral) The petitioner is seeking quashing of F.I.R No. 241 dated 16.12.2006 registered under Sections 406/420/468/452/ 425/120-B IPC and orders dated 19.1.2011 and 19.12.2012. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 has informed the Court that in the trial, all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and the trial is fixed for tomorrow for cross examination of 3 prosecution witnesses. The trial is at the final stage.
Faced with the situation, learned counsel wishes to withdraw the present petition to take all the pleas before the trial Court.
Allowed as prayed for.
