Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.

This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 640, dated 3rd August, 2020, under Section 365 read with Section 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Old Industrial, Panipat. This Court vide order dated 7th April, 2021 granted the interim bail to the petitioner subject to joining investigation. Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Romesh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is co-operating.

As no custodial interrogation is needed, the interim bail granted on 7th April, 2021 is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
