******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.25 dated 12.5.2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 308/325/341/323/324 of IPC, at Police Station Kalanaur, District Gurdaspur.
Heard.
Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has surrendered before the trial court and has been released on interim bail as per order dated 25.4.2018 and thereafter he is regularly appearing before the trial court Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 25.4.2018 is made absolute subject to the condition that petitioner shall apply for regular bail (if not applied and Deepak Kumar 2018.07.19 12:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document allowed so far) before the trial Court and will keep on appearing on each
