**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 41 dated 12.4.2015, registered under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC, Police Station Civil Lines, Batala, District Gurdaspur.

Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 1.10.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. The complainant side states that gold articles have not been recovered yet.

State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation but recovery is yet to be effected. Crl. Misc. No. M-16094 of 2015 -2granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioner would deposit Rs. 75,000/- with the trial Court in lieu of the gold articles/household goods which will be payable to the complainant by the trial Court.
