ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.46 dated 19.07.2016, registered under Sections 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code (in short 'IPC') at Police Station Sandaur, District Sangrur.

The operative part of the order dated 14.05.2018, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner, is reproduced as under:- "....Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a taxi driver by profession and has relied upon the certificate issued by Aman Taxi Service, Chander Nagar Road, Haibowal Kalan, Ludhiana (Annexure P-2) that he is working as taxi driver since April 2011. He further submits that as per allegation in the FIR, the complainant has given an amount of `.11 Lacs to coaccused, namely, Parminder Chand @ Deep Saini and others, who are running a travel agency to send his son abroad. It is further submitted that there is no direct allegation against the petitioner except that the accused person used to travel his taxi.

CRM-M No.17031 of 2018 Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ranbir Singh, has not disputed that the petitioner is plying a taxi and submits that the petitioner may be directed to join the investigation.

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 14.05.2018, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Satwinder Singh, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 14.05.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
