Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 439 (2) read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking cancellation of bail granted to respondent Nos. 2 & 3 in FIR No. 223 dated 4.4.2012 under Sections 323, 406, 498-A and 506/34 IPC registered at Police Station, Karnal Civil Lines, District Karnal. Learned State counsel at the outset submits that trial of the case is nearing culmination as matter is fixed for recording the statements of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C.

In view of the fact that trial is likely to culminate soon, no case is made out for cancellation of bail granted to the accused pursuant to aforesaid FIR.

Dismissed.
