This is petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.245 dated 01.06.2019 under Sections 498-A, 304-B and alternative under Section 302 IPC (originally registered under Sections 302, 304-B and 34-B IPC), registered at Police Station Palwal, District Palwal.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to extend the concession of bail to the petitioner, prayer has been made for withdrawal of the instant petition.

Ordered accordingly.
