Given above, Ms. ShruƟ Rathour, Advocate is appointed as legal aid counsel on behalf of respondent No. 2. Legal Aid Counsel has gone through the file of this Court. 3.
Aggrieved by direcƟon to furnish bank guarantee or FDR for a sum of Rs. 4,25,000/- at the Ɵme of appeal which was filed against the convicƟon in favour of complainant-respondent No.2, the convict had come up before this Court by filing the present peƟƟon way back on 23.04.2018. For five years, the small maƩer is pending. 4.
The nature of this Court proposes to pass will put an end to this maƩer. 5.
The Appellate Court is requested to decide the criminal appeal itself by 31.07.2023 and there shall be no necessity to comply with the order regarding deposit of Rs. 4,25,000/-. This order is subject to the condiƟon that the peƟƟoner/convict shall not seek any adjournment. In case, she seeks adjournment, the trial Court shall proceed further by appoinƟng a legal aid counsel in this regard. Even respondent No. 2 is requested not to seek any adjournment.

The present peƟƟon stands disposed of. Legal aid counsel to communicate this order to respondent No. 2 by wriƟng a registered leƩer. Legal aid counsel shall be enƟtled to fee as per legal aid rules. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
