The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of impugned order dated 08.03.2017, Annexure P-6 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jalandhar vide which petitioner had been summoned to face trial under Section 319 CrPC.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to take all pleas before the learned trial Court at appropriate stage.
