**** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Vide order dated 31.07.2017, this Court had directed to issue fresh notice to the appellant being an old matter. The office report reveals that service could not be effected on appellant for want of complete address as in the memo of parties the address stated is Surinder Kaur, resident of Sector 20, Chandigarh.

Learned counsel for the respondents submit that even he does not have the address of the appellant or any information of LRs of respondents No. 1, 3, 6 & 11.

A perusal of the memo of parties before the trial Court as well as the lower Appellate Court also reveals that the address of the appellant given is merely resident of Sector 20, Chandigarh without there being any specific house number. RSA-1889-1991 appellant as the respondents also are not willing to pay the publication charges. In the absence of appellant, no orders are required to implead the LRs of respondents No. 1, 3, 6 & 11.
