(Oral) Learned State counsel on instruction from the Invetigation Officer submitted that though the complainant and the prosecutrix have turned hostile, but the Investigating Agency has medical report of the prosecutrix, statement of the prosecutrix under Section 164 Cr.P.C and report of the FSL which shows that the offence has been committed by the petitioner. Out of 16 witness, 09 have been examined.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition seeking grant of regular bail of the petitioner. Dismissed as withdrawn.
