[The aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in virtual court.] Respondent-Food Corporation of India invited e-tenders for the appointment of Handling and Transport Contractors and Road Transport Contractor for various centers at different districts of Haryana. Petitioner, a proprietorship company submitted its bid. In the Technical Bid Evaluation Report uploaded on the official website of respondents, petitioner-company was shown to have been disqualified on two grounds, i.e. (i) It had failed to upload No Due Certificate from Regional Provident Fund Commissioner concerned; and (ii) that it had made a false/incorrect/untrue declaration/information. This action of the respondents was challenged by the petitioners by filing CWP No. 21748 of 2018. In the said writ petition, this Court on 29.08.2018, while issuing notice of motion had passed the following interim directions: DINESH KUMAR 2020.08.24 14:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP 842 of 2019 " Till the next date of listing, status quo in respect of the finalization of the contract as it exits today shall be maintained by the parties."

The instant contempt was filed with the allegation that despite the aforesaid interim order, respondents No. 1 and 2 were getting work done from private respondent No.3.

Notice of motion was issued.

At the time of hearing today, it has been brought to the notice of the Court by the learned counsel for the parties that CWP No.21748 of 2018 from which the instant contempt had emanated, stands dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 12.12.2019 passed by this Court. In view of the above, the instant contempt petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
