Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to accused petitioner Jaskaran Singh in case FIR No.21 dated 21.2.2016 under Section 306 IPC, PS Raman, Distt.Bathinda.

The petitioner accused Jaskaran Singh and his brother Jagtar Singh had borrowed Tavera car of Rajvinder Singh and on account of an accident it was severely damaged. Since the petitioner accused and his coaccused brother and ASI Gurtej Singh had refused to take any remedial measures inspite of repeated requests, causing acute harassment to Rajvinder Singh leading him to commit suicide by leaving behind a suicide note, blaming all the three for his cause of death. Counsel for the petitioner heard at length.

Learned Additional Sessions Judge, while declining anticipatory bail to the present accused has held in detail the conduct of the accused and the state of mind of Rajvinder Singh,deceased, leaving behind a suicide note.
