/0 Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.153 dated 27.11.2017 registered under Section 420 IPC registered at Police Station Goindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2), which is stated to have been effected between the parties. 2.

It transpires that after the parties have appeared before the Court below and the compromise statement was recorded, which is stated to be genuine, petitioner subsequently has died rendering the proceedings before this Court infructuous.
