The present writ petition is for issuance of writ, direction or order to set aside seizure memo dated 13.02.2023 (P-6), provisional release order dated 17.03.2023(P-11) and show cause notice dated 07.03.2023. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed the Court that pursuant to order dated 25.04.2023, the goods of the petitioner has been released. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is disposed of.
