In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has completed 24 years of service on the post of Painter, but the benefit of 3rd ACP has not been granted to the petitioner, which action on the part of the respondents-department is arbitrary and illegal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance as raised in the present petition has already been raised before the authorities concerned vide representation dated 31.10.2023, copy of which has been annexed as Annexure P-5 and the petitioner will be satisfied at this stage, in case, the said representation is decided by respondents in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order. 3.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice for the respondents. Learned State counsel submits that in case representation dated 31.10.2023 (Annexure P-5) is still pending consideration before the authority concerned, the said representation will be decided within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy RIYA 2024.03.14 13:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
