**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners for issuance of a direction to official respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to take legal action in FIR No. 190 dated 01.12.2017 registered under Section 304-B and 34 IPC at Police Station Mukeria, District Hoshiapur against respondents No. 5 to 7. In this regard the petitioners have also approached the authorities by serving a legal notice dated 02.04.2018 (Annexure P-1) but till date no action has been taken by respondent No.2 on the same.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the legal notice dated 02.04.2018 (Annexure P-1) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

Without going into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide legal notice dated 02.04.2018 (Annexure P-1), within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and take necessary action in accordance with law.
