Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.533 dated 03.09.2022 registered under Sections 22C-61-85 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Mujessar, District Faridabad.

The custody certificate dated 14.08.2023, filed by learned State counsel is taken on record. As per the same, the petitioner is behind bars for 11 months and 10 days.
