(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for quashing of complaint bearing No. CRM-359/2017 dated 18.05.2017 (Annexure P-1) and also for quashing of summoning order dated 18.12.2023 (Annexure P-2) passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sri Anandpur Sahib, along with all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, qua the petitioners. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.
