At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, and, therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the present writ petition. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
