ARUN PALLI, J (Oral) Having argued the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw the petition, to enable the petitioner to pursue the application/representation dated 30.01.2024 (P-3), which is pending consideration with the competent authority.

Served with the advance copy of the petition, Mr. Ashish Kapoor, Advocate is present in Court. Though, claim set out in the petition is seriously disputed, however, he submits that if indeed, any such application/representation is still pending, the competent authority shall take cognizance thereof and pass necessary orders in accordance with law. Dismissed as withdrawn.
