At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main execution petition, of which the impugned order was passed, is an offshoot qua the objections, filed at the instance of the petitioner, have since been dismissed in default, vide order dated 16.03.2023, the instant revision petition has become infructous.

In view of the same, the instant revision petition is hereby dismissed, as having become infructuous.
