(Oral) The petitioner by way of instant petition is seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to submit the status report qua case/preliminary FIR No.PECHG2011A003 dated 09.11.2011 (Annexure P-2) as the respondents have passed a non-speaking order to reject the representation of the petitioner. Notice of motion.

Mr. Deepak Sabherwal, Advocate, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the CBI has opposed the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and submitted that a preliminary inquiry was carried out, which now stands concluded; the petitioner was duly intimated qua the findings recorded in the preliminary inquiry vide a detailed speaking and well reasoned order dated 04.09.2023 (Annexure P-64). CRM-M-11602-2024 -2witnesses were duly examined, however, none of the allegations levelled by the petitioner in his representation were substantiated. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the relevant material available on record.
