Notice of motion.
Mr. Deepak Sabherwal, Advocate, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1.
Learned counsel for the CBI has opposed the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and submitted that a preliminary inquiry was carried out, which now stands concluded; the petitioner was duly intimated qua the findings recorded in the preliminary inquiry vide a detailed speaking and well reasoned order dated 04.09.2023 (Annexure P-64).
