Both the parties are present along with their respective counsel. They have compromised the matrimonial dispute that arose between them. In terms of the compromise, a sum of `4.50 lakhs was paid by respondent-husband to appellant-wife in the Court on 22.4.2015. The remaining amount of `5.50 lakhs was paid today in cash by the respondent to the appellant in open Court and the same was received by her.
Appellant-wife undertook to withdraw criminal proceedings initiated by her under Section 125 Cr.P.C. FAO No. 225-M of 2002 the respondent and the appellant shall continue to exercise her visitation rights as already ordered by the competent Court.
