(Oral) The appellant/wife - Geeta assails order dated 25.2.2022 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jhajjar, Camp Court Bahadurgarh vide which learned Family Court had ordered for some interim arrangement regarding custody of the minor child during pendency of the main case i.e. a petition filed under provisions of Section 7 of The Guardians and Wards Act, 1890.
Learned counsel representing the appellant has informed that the main case itself stands finally decided by the Family Court vide judgment dated 13.5.2022.
In view of the aforestated position, wherein the main case itself stands finally decided by the Family Court, the instant petition against the interim directions is virtually rendered infructuous.
