ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Matter was taken up for hearing on 19.01.2023, when none appeared for appellant and Registry was asked to issue notice to appellant. Needful has been done.

Office report reveals that notice issued to appellant has been received back unserved for want of complete and correct address. Issuance of fresh notice will be an exercise in futility as neither fresh complete and correct address of appellant is available on record, nor there is any representation on his behalf. It appears that by sheer effluxion of time, since the appeal is pending for the last more than 28 years, appellant has lost interest in pursuing the appeal.
