Crl. Misc. No.M-16239 of 2017 (O&M) Date of Decision: May 15, 2017 GSCO Infrastructure Pvt. Limited ..........PETITIONER(s).
VERSUS
The Union Territory, Chandigarh ........RESPONDENT(s).
CORAM:- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURINDER GUPTA
Present:
Mr. H.S. Deol, Advocate for the petitioner (s).
******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 is involved in doing embankment job of rivers in Bihar and services of one Kushal Nath-respondent No.4, who is resident of Rajasthan, were obtained for supplying the tractors. Kushal Nath engaged one Pusa Ram of Rajasthan for the purpose of supplying tractors and accounts were settled with Kushal Nath. Some cheques were given to Kushal Nath as security were also misappropriated. He confines his submission only for threat perception to the petitioner at the hands of private respondents in Chandigarh.
It appears that there is some business dealings of the petitioner with Kushal Nath and the matter of any threat perception to the petitioner either at Bihar or Rajasthan was not reported to the police there.
