(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in complaint case No. 21801 RO/144182007 dated 26.11.2007 titled "Sarup Singh vs. Shyam Singh and others" for offence under Sections 302, 148, 149 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code (IPC), Police Station Civil Lines, Patiala, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Patiala.

Learned senior counsel for petitioner submits that petitioners have appeared before the trial Court and furnished the bail bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court. In terms of the order of even date passed in CRM-M15426 of 2015 (Manjit Kaur and another vs. State of Punjab and others), the instant petition is allowed. Petitioners are directed to abide by the restrictions contained in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. The bail bonds furnished before the trial Court shall continue during pendency of trial. Allowed in the above terms.
